Delivery & Assembly
MiSueños Kids completely understand that most households can only be available during the evenings and weekends. We are therefore more than happy to work around you and your family’s busy schedule. We will organise a day & time that suits you.
Our trained team will build and place all furniture in a position of your choice in your home, and remove and recycle all packaging for you leaving the room ready for your new arrival or your child/children.
Please note:
Sufficient floor coverings should be provided to allow the technicians to deliver to your room of choice. Stairways, hallways, door frames/access points and your room of choice should be measured prior to delivery to ensure the furniture will fit. This is why we advise you to give us a call and if you are local we are more than happy to measure your room and advise you on dimensions so your designs are the perfect fit.
Free Standard delivery
Free delivery applies to our customers who live within a five mile radius. We encourage all customers that live within a 5 mile radius to purchase our beds in store to avoid any additional costs online.
As we are a small business at present the maximum distance we travel is 80km/ 50miles.
Charges for deliveries outside the five miles radius of our store.
Outside a five mile radius we charge 45p per mile
FREE Deliveries over £6000
For Home Visits to we charge £500 this includes 3D drawing & written proposal to client. If the client proceeds to order we deduct the home visit fee from the final cost.
For Christmas delivery of large bespoke orders, last order date is November 1st.
NB: Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays. Following a UK bank holiday, key promotional period or extreme weather conditions please allow additional days for your delivery.
Delivery Date
You will receive a text / email on the day of delivery from our carrier letting you know that they are on their way.
If you are unable to accept the delivery, please make us aware 3 days before prior to delivery date. If you do not make us aware that you are not able to accept the delivery there will be a penalty charge of £150. As we will have to pay the depot to store it until the your next available date. We can not be accountable for the delays of delivery. It is important that you keep to your date. To arrange an alternative day please call us as soon as possible to a day that is more convenient for you.

Our delivery time is based on the items and shipping company you choose. We need a little more time for those complicated style and exclusive products.
