The following terms and conditions (“terms”) apply to all purchases of products by you from MiSueños (Retail) Limited whether your purchase is made in store or from our website at www.misuenoskids.com Please read them carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check to ensure you have the latest version before you make a new purchase.

Your legal rights are not affected by these terms and conditions. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards.

  1. Shopping at Misuenos
    All of our products can be ordered for delivery to an address of your choice

    Calls are charged at a local rate.
  1. Payment
    MiSueños welcomes payment by the following credit and debit cards in store and on our website at misuenoskids.com:

Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron,American Express and Solo or bank transfer
(in the UK only)

For orders placed in store you can secure the price of any of the beds with a 50% deposit. All we ask is that the full balance is paid 48 hours prior to delivery date. Full payment must be made on all “Sale” items at time of purchase. Any deposit paid to secure an order shall be paid to, and held by, MiSueños Limited. MiSueños Limited shall retain any such payments made until your order has been delivered to you.

If MiSueños is unable to fulfil your order we will notify you and MiSueños Limited shall refund the amount paid by you, within 14 days of its notification, to your original method of payment (i.e. credit card, debit card, bank transfer, gift card or to a combination of payment methods as applicable).
All furniture is handcrafted to specification, there may be a slight difference in millimetres,and alterations may have to be made to the design to comply with safety standards, however all cots/cot bed will be sold to comply with british standards in accordance to cot safety regulations. Any significant alterations will be confirmed prior to manufacturing of the product.

At the time of publication on our website and in our catalogue, all product descriptions are believed
accurate, errors and omissions excepted. MiSueños design team take great care with the colours used in our collections. However, representations of colours are approximate only due to the limitations of the photographic, reproduction and printing process. There may therefore be a difference between the actual product and photographs of it on our website, or in our brochures. All measurements and weights are
Whilst we endeavour to maintain advertised product colours and specifications during the lifetime of our catalogue, we reserve the right to change them and to discontinue particular products as we consider necessary. This will not affect any orders that have already been accepted.

The price of your product is that applicable at the time of purchase. Prices are inclusive of vat at the rate applicable at the time of purchase. Previously viewed prices via cookies on your computer will not be
honoured and requests to do so will be refused. Sale prices are available only while stocks last.

Return Process
We will not make a refund based on these reasons:
1. Overdue delivery time due to the wrong shipping address or wrong telephone number provided by the buyer;
2. A wrong e-mail address provided by the buyer which can not receive our notification (the one which
registered on our site);
3. Never received any confirmation e-mails & calls in 12 hours;
4. Items received and sent the photos which have been PS afore-thought;
5. A refund or complaint are NOT acceptable after received the parcel 7days later;
6. Not receive a tangible answer from the buyer to continue or cancel the order, any delays because the buyer did not respond in our required time, then buyer is in full charge of the loss.

Returning your goods
Assembled furniture – a charge of up to £500 may be levied if you require us to disassemble the furniture for a return.

Once the beds have been assembled we will ask you to sign a document that states that you are happy with bed/ service and will not accept returns. We will only accept returns if you discover within 7 days of signing the contract that there is a manufacturing fault. We will do everything to rectify this fault.
MiSueños have a wide range of products covering almost all categories for children. They are all tested to ensure they are of the highest standard and quality.

MiSueños warrants that our products will be free of manufacturing defects where used and maintained in accordance with the instruction manuals for a period of 12months from the date of purchase.
we will at our discretion provide one of the following free of charge:
• Spare, repair or replacement;
• Replacement self fit part.
• A repair carried out by one of our experienced technicians.
• A replacement where the product is deemed irreparable.

This guarantee is subject to the following conditions and exclusions.

Installing items or Fitting Furniture to brick work and stud walls.
We offer the service of installing pieces of furniture on the walls, we will secure all items to the best of our ability however we are not accountable for items falling because the walls are not of the highest quality. If you agree for us to fit the furniture to the walls, you accept responsibility for any damages caused by
installing it.

Paint work
We use non-toxic paint and non-toxic varnishes on every piece of furniture, please be aware that although the paint is non- toxic it does have a strong odour, and will take time for the odour to disappear, when the product is installed we encourage that your child does not sleep the first night in the room, the room needs to be ventilated. We advise that you open all drawers, cupboards and leave the window open for
ventilation. We specialise is children & baby furniture, all products used to manufacture the bed complies with british standards and safety regulations.

  1. Acceptance of order
    For orders placed in store a receipt will be provided at the point of sale. For orders placed online, you will receive an e-mail order acknowledgement. It is important that your correct e-mail address is provided at the time of purchase. MiSueños accepts your order at the time full payment is taken.
  2. Prices
    The price of your product is that applicable at the time of purchase. Prices are inclusive of vat at the rate applicable at the time of purchase. Previously viewed prices via cookies on your computer will not be honoured and requests to do so will be refused. Sale prices are available only while stocks last.
  3. Personalised products
    To add that finishing touch, we offer a personalisation service:
    Products available for personalisation are painted or engraved to a maximum number of 12 characters. However this number does vary per product and is shown with the product details of each product.

The maximum number of characters does include spaces.
Personalised products can only be applicable to those who have booked an appointment and not
available on online. If order online, unfortunately the products cannot be modified.

For orders placed in store, you will be able to modify size, colour, finishes, personalise and asked to sign a document, confirming the spelling, modifications of the bed is correct. We can also provide you with a 3D drawings. Which will be sent to you either on the day or via email at a later date depending on modifications.

This is why we encourage you to book an appointment so that all modifications can be made in person and certified by you.

We do not accept responsibility for any incorrect spelling of names, except where caused by Misuenos negligence.

The size of the text is subject to space restrictions and varies by product.
All images and reproductions of personalised products in literature and on our website are provided as a guide only.

The cost for personalised products varies according to finishes. We take great care with our personalised products and are done by our trained technicians and thereforemay take up to 28-42 calendar days for delivery depending on personalised product.

For busy periods such as during Sale or Christmas this may take longer but the maximum is 6 weeks. If
ordering personalised and non-personalised products in the same order, you will have only one delivery charge at the highest applicable delivery rate associated to the items in your basket. Only Misuenos
products can be engraved or personalised at MiSueños Kids.

Christmas 2015
To give you a little more time to choose the perfect gift you can order your personalised gift up until 1st November for delivery in time for Christmas.
Before returning items to us, please read and follow our sincere instructions. We’ll appreciate your careful reading on our return policy and making sure that all criteria are met before mailing any items back to us. This return policy is applicable to all items on our site or purchased in our store except those that have been customised.

General Return Policies
We DO NOT refund unconditionally. You need to provide the pictures to prove problems as detailed as
possible. We have taken photos of all our items before delivery to avoid fraud.
Contact Us to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your item(s).
We only accept products in their original condition, and we cannot process any products that are returned without our approval. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you need to Contact Us and
obtain a product return form that must be included with your package. Any returns without our approval can not get any refunds or exchanges.

Colour errors: If the Colour of the item when you receive is totally wrong or not what you ordered, then you are qualified to get some refund or return the item for an exchange. Please Note that we will not accept any returned items by the colour difference which is caused by your display monitor or the weather condition.

For order to be processed on beds a 30% deposit is required, you will have 7 days to cancel your product once it has been paid. However ALL deposits are non refundable. It is important to note that all our beds are made to order, and once the creation process has begun the materials cannot be reused.

Our Cancellation Policy on Our Beds
Orders cancelled after 24 hours of deposit received will not be eligible for refund.
Orders cancelled 5 hours after deposit received will be eligible for a partial refund of 70%.
Orders cancelled 12 hours after deposit received will be eligible for a partial refund of 50%.
After 7 days your order can not be cancelled anymore as the manufacturing has begun.
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
If you would like to cancel please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation on Customised Beds
We guarantee all our beds aremanufactured using the best possible materials so we can’t accept returns for customised orders. All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase.

Return Policy on Items
Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and upmost concern. Once your package has arrived, we
encourage you to open and check to make sure that the item(s) meets your requirement. Try or have a close look at your item as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing. If the items are not in their original condition, we may charge higher processing fee to cover our loss.

Your order may not be refundable if the items turn out to be impossible to be resold!
For any items, if there is a quality problem and you want to apply for a refund, please upload some
persuasive pictures or video (in 7days). Once it is verified, you can send the item back to us only after you get our permission, and we will give you the corresponding refund.
If you are returning or exchanging items, please make sure they are in their original condition -unworn,
unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, and with the intact tags attached-.
All our baby clothing are tailored by experienced professionals and hand-made accordingly. Each item goes through quality-inspection four times before being shipped out to minimise such problems from arising.

Defective, Damaged Items
You are qualified to get a full refund if your items are defective, damaged. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must first obtain “Proof of Damage” documentation from your delivery
carrier, which needs to be included in your returned package.
If you wish to refund, you will need to cover the cost of postage when sending the product back to us. After returning the item, we will inspect the item to ensure that the defect was our responsibility, upon which we will offer you a complete refund within 16-20 days. However, if the defect is within aforementioned 10%
difference, we can only offer you a partial refund of 20%-50%. We hope you can understand.

Color Mismatch
The settings of your computer screen may alter the colour of the pictures shown on the MiSueños website. Slight colour aberration of your item and the colour shown on screen may not mean that the item is
defective or mis-shipped. And the pictures in the page are only for reference, the colour can not be 100% the same, we can only assure 90% similarity with the models. However, if you are positive that you have
received the item in a wrong colour, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible.
Note: We DO NOT accept any returns or refunds if the colour is right according to your colour information on the order.

Return Process
We will not make a refund based on these reasons:

Finish and send a return request to misuenosltd@outlook.com within 7 days after you received the
package. It should include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval fromMiSueños.
Once MiSueños approves your request, our address will be attached in the confirmation email, please send the item with the completed Product Return Form back to us as soon as possible.
Once we received your item, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. After our confirmation of your return, please allow up to two billing cycles (Less than 30 days) for it to be credited to your account. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed as refunds and cannot be shipped back to you.

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment where a store/gift receipt or email order
confirmation is provided. If the payment card has expired we will process the refund to a gift card. For
returns where a store/gift receipt or email order confirmation cannot be provided, we will not exchange your product or process a refund to a gift card. The value of the exchange/refund willbe at the selling price applicable on the day of return; Refunds will be processed in the same currency used for purchase; Delivery charges will not be refunded;
Products discounted in-store as a clearance event, these products are non-refundable and will be marked with a red dot.

Nothing within this refund, exchange and returns policy affects your legal rights, and in particular you will always be entitled to return goods to us for a full refund if they were faulty or not as described and we
cannot remedy the fault to your reasonable satisfaction.

Returning your goods
We do not accept refunds if the product is in perfect condition we do however offer exchange or will
provide you with a voucher.

Any postage incurred by returning items to us will not be refunded. You are responsible for the return of the product to us.

Where you are returning the item by post, you are recommended to use a form of delivery which includes insurance for the full value of the product in case it is lost or damaged in the post. We may refuse a refund or exchange where an item is lost or damaged in transit.

To ensure the safe return of your items, please package your item with care. We recommend that Items
valued over £50 are returned using a trackable delivery service and for items valued over £100 or more, we recommend that you insure your return for the value of the product and use a signature required delivery service.

Assembled furniture – a charge of up to £500 may be levied if you require us todisassemble the furniture for a return.

Product must be purchased from MiSueños,
Original store/gift receipt or email order confirmation must be provided;
The guarantee applies to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred with ownership of the product i.e. second hand purchases;

Where incorrect assembly occurs or use of non-recommended parts, or third party accessories not
compatible with original design are used;
General wear and tear;
Accidental damage including airline damage;
Damage caused by non-domestic use, abuse, neglect or by not being used and cared for inaccordance with our instructions;
Corrosion to extreme environmental conditions, including high humidity, salt spray, ice or snow or due to insufficient maintenance;
Improper storage of the product;
Customer dissatisfaction with the product in terms of disliking the weight, functionality, colour orstyle etc;
Fabric fading, discolouration or wearing due to laundering and general wear and tear;
If a product is adapted or modified;
Products which are repaired by an unauthorised repair agent.
Any replacement part or repair of any product will not extend the original 1 year guarantee period. Any product provided by way of replacement or exchange of the product originally purchased will be
guaranteed for the remainder of the guarantee period applicable to the original product. Where store/gift receipt or email order confirmation cannot be provided Misuenos reserve the right to assess the condition of a product and determine whether it falls within the scope of the guarantee.
Parts and labour £100 per product.
Administration and handling £100 per product.
In the unlikely event that you need to claim under the terms of this guarantee, please contact us as soon as possible.
Nothing in this guarantee will affect your legal rights if the product is faulty or not as described.
