Return policy for online purchases

We are happy at MiSuenos Kids to exchange or refund any items that has been bought online, within 14 days of its arrival. This exclude sale purchases where we offer only exchange for the same product in a different size if available. For full priced purchases, refunds will be available within 14 calendar days after the return of the goods. We recommend that postal evidence is kept as evidence of your returning item. Please make sure the items are returned new, unused and with its original packaging and all tags are still attached. We cannot accept returns of items that have been received faulty, or damaged. Unfortunately, returns that do not meet our requirements cannot be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

We recommend that you track your item which will provide proof of delivery back to us.
Package your items carefully, with each item in its original packaging and all labels attached
Purchase of shoes and toys must be in their original, undamaged box as it is considered part of the item. Please do not use the box as protective packaging, as we are unable to resell an item without its original packaging.
Within 3 business days of receiving your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email that you have been refunded or your exchange has been accepted. For exchanges please contact us via email, using our online chat or calling our store.
